Newborn Photo App does not provide medical, pediatric, legal, or professional photography safety training. Safety tips are general planning guidance only. Always keep a caregiver within arm’s reach during any baby photo setup and follow official contest rules.

Acceptable Use

• Upload only photos you have rights to share and only with appropriate parental consent.
• Do not upload exploitative, abusive, or non-consensual images of children.
• Do not manipulate votes, impersonate others, or scrape the Service without permission.
• Follow each contest’s official rules, age limits, and image-rights terms.

Your Photos and Licenses

You retain ownership of photos you upload unless a specific contest or feature states otherwise. By entering a contest, you may grant the organizer a license to display, promote, or judge your entry as described in that contest’s rules.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee contest outcomes, vote fairness, storage permanence, or that every AI suggestion is safe to attempt at home without professional support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newborn Photo App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, contest participation, or reliance on editorial content.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
